Noëlle Santorelli

Noëlle Santorelli, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, speaker, and adjunct faculty member at Emory School of Medicine. Her work focuses on complex relationships, family dynamics, the social pressures of modern motherhood, and relational aggression in motherhood—including adult “mean girl” dynamics in parenting and social circles.

Drawing on more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Noëlle translates psychology and relationship research into accessible insights about belonging, boundaries, social pressure, and the hidden dynamics that shape women’s relationships. She has appeared on CNN, The Tamron Hall Show, and Good Day Atlanta, and her work has been featured by TODAY, The Wall Street Journal, BBC, Parents, and other national media.

She shares psychology and relationship education with a growing online community at @drnoellesantorelli and her book MEAN GIRL MOMS will be published by Hachette/Balance in June of 2027.
